(using the PHILIPS
Air Fryer)
Serves 4
Ingredients:~
· ½ kg tapioca, cleaned & boiled
· 2 tsp cumin, ground
· 2 tsp coriander, ground
· 1 ½ tsp salt
· 2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp of corn oil
2 tbsp of corn oil
Method:~
1.
Cut tapioca into
chips.
2.
Sprinkle the
cumin, coriander, salt & turmeric powder over the tapioca.
3.
Toss the spice
evenly, coating the tapioca& drizzle with corn oil.
4.
Preheat the PHILIPS Air Fryer at 200ºC, set for 10
mins.
5. Arrange the marinated tapioca into the PHILIPS Air Fryer.
6.
Once the tapioca
chips are crisp on the outside, remove for the PHILIPS Air Fryer and serve immediately.
I You may drizzle some corn oil or olive oil over the Tapioca Chips if you prefer.
