Deep Fried Tapioca

I loveeee tapioca cooked in any way... Boiled, steamed deep-fried, savory, sweet, etc. The list never ends! This is one of my many favorites. The outer skin is ultra crispy & crunchy , the inside is soft as cotton but importantly... It is utterly delicious.
