(using the PHILIPS
Pressure Cooker)
· 8 slices of oxtails
· 1 onion, blended
· 3 cloves of garlic, blended
· ½ inch ginger, blended
· 1 tbsp tomato puree
· 3 cups of water
· 2 potatoes, skin peeled & cubed
· 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
· 2 sticks of celery, cut into small cubes
· 1 ½ tsp salt
· 1 tsp black pepper
· 1 tsp ground cumin
· 1 tsp ground coriander
· 1 tsp ground coriander
· 1 cinnamon stick
· 2 star anise
· 6 cardamoms
· 6 cloves

Place all the ingredients
inside the PHILIPS Pressure Cooker
pot.

Stir till
everything is well combined.
3. Press SOUP & then START button of the PHILIPS Pressure Cooker.
4.
After 30 minutes,
the Soup will be ready.
5.
Release the
pressure by turning the vent to the right. Then open the lid.
7.
Sprinkle with
fried onions & sliced chinese celery when serving.

Assalamualaikum sis... nak tanya... sis guna function "soup" utk masak sup ekor, masa lepas kan wap tu... tersembur tak supnya dari luang wap tu? Atau mcm mana nak elak sup terpancut dari tempat keluar wap time kita release wap dia
Thank you. As with all pressure cooker, just do not place your finger or face over the vent when releasing the pressure.
Waalaikumsalam Kartini. Bila kita memasak soup atau apa2 yang berair didalam PHILIPS Pressure Cooker, memang air wap tu tersembur. Jadi kena jauhkan diri dari Pressure Cooker bila melepaskan pressure. Cuba check juga, supaya knob diatas dipasang dengan betul dan secure sebelum memasak. Kadang2 bila saya tak memasang knob dengan ketat pun, bila release pressure, air memang memancut agak dashyat.
Terima kasih sis. Apa yang saya buat skrg, selepas cooking done, saya tutup suis & tunggu dalam 10 minit, baru saya lepas kan wap pressure. Masa baru2 guna terlalu excited release kan pressure. Itu yg terpancut sup nya.
